Every client pays the same flat fee — whether your case is simple or complex, whether you have one creditor or thirty. We haven't raised our prices in over a decade, and we have no plans to.

Important: Federal bankruptcy law does not allow attorneys to accept credit cards for bankruptcy fees because the debt could potentially be included in the bankruptcy filing. This is why we accept cash, check, money order, Venmo, and CashApp only.
Some firms charge more based on the number of creditors, the complexity of your assets, or how much they think you can pay. We don't. Every Chapter 7 client pays $1,100. Every Chapter 13 client pays $513 upfront. No exceptions, no negotiations, no surprises.
